What did you do on New Year's Eve?
I counted down at a nightclub in Osaka and went to Hatsumode!
Hatsumode means "New Year's visit to a shrine.
At Hatsumode, people pick up a fortune slip to see their fortune for the year ahead.
My fortune was "kichi"!
"Kichi" means good luck!
