When I was in Spain,

She's really easy to talk to! I don't speak any Japanese and only a little English, but he spoke to me in simple Japanese and English. The process was very easy and went more smoothly than with other agents. She doesn't speak Chinese, but she did her best to try and understand! If you're not confident in your English or Japanese, that's okay too!
